Q: I cannot locate my son/daughters team and individual photos on your site. Can you help me locate them?
A: I do not post the team and individual posed photos. There are far too many and it is more economical for both if these are ordered using the order form. This can be mailed in with payment anytime after the photo shoot.
Q: My son/daughter missed the team’s photo shoot; can you still take their photos?
A: Usually yes, as long as I am not completed with the league and you can be there when I am doing other teams. If you know I will be at the rink/field just have your son or daughter come over to where I am taking photos and I can take theirs as well. I can also use this photo to insert them into the team photo.
Q: I received my photo order but the trading cards were missing. When do I get these?
A: The trading cards will be shipped separately, usually within a few days. There is usually a note with the order that explains this.
Q: I receieved my order but there is an error with the text on the magazine cover/trading cards, can this be replaced?
A: Yes, if the error is my error I will replace these immediately at no charge. If I copied the information correctly from the order form unfortunately I cannot replace these at no cost to you. They would need to be reordered.
Q: Do you offer the High resolution files for sale?
A: Yes, I have just started to offer these files for all team and individual shoots as well as the action photos that are posted on my site. These will be edited but NOT cropped. What you see is taken at 4x6, 8x12, etc. You can crop these to any size you like by using most photo editing software. These are for personnel use only and may not be submitted to any publications.
